All of our boards are coated with a water resistant sealant and an additional foodsafe sealant. However, as the raw materials themselves cannot be confiremed to be foodsafe, cutomers should use their own judgement regarding the use of this product. 
 
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Please do not place in the dishwasher, microwave or oven.

As all of our items are made by hand, some minor variations in colour, texture and some air bubbles are entirely normal. These are part of the uniqueness and beauty of the product, and are part of what sets it apart from items which are mass-produced for big, budget homeware stores.
