Why is Muted Luxe different? 

Muted Luxe is a small creative studio, specialising in affordable, eco-conscious jewellery and homewares, created by hand in small batches.

Where are you based? 

Our studio is nestled on the edge of the Peak District in the UK. We create our pieces on site, where possible using small, independent suppliers from the UK and Europe to help reduce our carbon footprint.

How much is postage? 

Our usual shipping rates start from just £2.50, depending on the size of your parcel. For new customers, you can get 15% off plus free shipping by entering your details here! 

How soon will I get my items?

We know you're eager to get your hands on your goodies, so we dispatch all orders within 24 hours using Royal Mail. As many of our pieces are handmade to order, we ask you to allow 3-4 business days for creation on top of delivery time. If you need your items for a specific date or in a hurry, just drop us a message and we'll do what we can!

How will my items be packaged? 

We use beautiful, bespoke packaging to ensure your items reach you safely and are a joy to unwrap. We priotise eco-friendly and recyclable packing materials and take care to use recyclable packaging materials and often repurpose packaging from our suppliers to reduce waste. 

What if my purchase is a gift? 

If your item is a gift, we have two great options:

  • Send it to you first: We understand you might want to peek! If you choose this option, we'll send the parcel to you in packaging you can easily open without damaging it. OR

  • Send it directly to the recipient: Running a bit late or live far away? No problem! Just enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll send their gift directly to them, beautifully wrapped as always. We can even add a handwritten card with your personal message - just add the message in the box at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest!

Will there be a price tag or receipt in the gift package?

​Nope! We want your gift-giving to be a breeze, so there won't be any pricing or invoices included in your parcel.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, with a few exceptions (such as soaps and diffusers due to licencing laws) our products can be shipped internationally. We have customers from Europe, the US, Japan, Brazil, and more! 

What's your returns policy? 

Homewares: If your product is faulty, damaged or you are not entirely satisfied, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as our items are handmade, some natural variation in the colour, texture and finish of the items should be expected. 

Jewellery and soaps: Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or soaps. 

Do you take custom orders? 

Absolutely! If there's something you're after that you can't find on our site, we're happy to discuss this with you and see if we're able to offer it. Just drop us an email at, or pop us a DM on Instagram

Do you offer discounts on large orders? 

Yes, absolutely! If you're looking to place a large order, for example for wedding table decor/favours, or for commercial use such as kitting out a hotel or restaurant, we're happy to offer a discount on our items. Just drop us a message to discuss. 

How can I become a stockist ?

We work with a small range of stockists, from giftware stores to bridal boutiques, and we hand-select our stockists to ensure that our values and ethos are a good match.
